What's In Your Toolbelt?
Over the years people have asked me, “What was your turning point?” Or they have asked me “what’s your go-to when things are really low for you?” Well, over the beginning days of my Mexican journey. I learned that journaling was really critical. So I started putting pen to paper and writing my guts out. I would make note of what was hurting me and what I had to do to feel better. Journaling quickly became an important tool for self-love and healing.
Now, I am very happy to start blogging about all the tools I have at my disposal to live a better life. I call this my toolbelt. It is full of powerful tools such as Meditation, Affirmations, Yoga, Forgiveness, and (oh, yes) Siestas.
As I kick-off this series, I would love to hear from all of you:
